According to the characteristics of sludge treatment at present, we have carried out a series of technical breakthroughs and practices, and carefully developed a horizontal stirring continuous drying equipment with steam as heat transfer medium and heat conduction as the main part. Because the agitating blade is shaped like a paddle, it is called a paddle dryer. The product can indirectly heat or cool the paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge-type stirring heat transfer blades in the equipment have high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning function of the heat transfer surface.
Working
Vacuum rake dryer, it is an innovation horizontal batch-type vacuum drier improved on the basis of absorbing technology of domestic rake drier. The moisture of wet material will be evaporated by heat transmission. The stirrer with grinding scraper will remove material on hot surface and move in the container to form cycle flow. The evaporated moisture will be drawn out by vacuum pump.

Features
1) Low energy consumption: As a result of indirect heating, no much air take away the heating, the outer wall has insulation layer, the heat efficiency can be up to 90%. For slurry, evaporating 1kg of water just need 1.2kg vapor.

3) wide range of materials handling: can use different types of media, not only can treat heat-sensitive materials, but also handle high-temperature materials. Common medias are: water vapor, thermal oil, hot water, cooling water and so on.
4) flexible operation method: Can be continuous operation or intermittent operation, can be applied in many fields.
5) Low environmental pollution: don't use air to dry material, dust material entrainment is rare. Small solvent evaporation, easy to treat. For contaminated materials or solvent recovery conditions, closed-loop can be used.
6) Cheap operating costs: Low-speed mixing and reasonable structure, Low wear, low maintenance costs. For normal operation, just only 1 person / day.
7) Stable operation: Due to the special compression-expansion stirring of the wedge blades, the material particle contact with the heat transfer surface enough, it ensure the processing is stable.
